I have a strong background related to management for planning, monitoring, and execution of professional development and learning activities from online to offline programs including blended style of learning. I have been in positions to motivate people to set and meet their goals in business settings as a leader of instructional designers, various project teams, and a company and in schools as a professor. My strengths are in innovation in learning and training. My dissertation was about the adoption and utilization of eLearning in universities. I participated in the development of the first online master’s program at Florida State University. I led many new projects for companies such as Samsung & kt as a manager and CEO.
